Most state filings price themselves in pieces — one fee for the Articles, another for an expedited option, a third for a certificate of good standing, and an annual report on top. The list below is what actually hits your card (or the state's portal) when you form a Georgia LLC with us.

Year one

• Form LLC service fee — $299 flat. Covers Articles of Organization, federal EIN, custom operating agreement, and one year of registered agent service in Georgia.
• Georgia state filing fee — $100. Paid directly to the Georgia Secretary of State at time of filing. Non-refundable once submitted.
• First-year total — $399. That's every dollar required to form a Georgia LLC with a stamped certificate, EIN, and a bank-ready operating agreement in hand.

What happens after year one

Georgia annual report: $50 due every year. Miss it and the state imposes a late fee, and eventually administrative dissolution.

Georgia tax notes: Annual registration $50 base + $10 service fee = $60 total for online filing. Due between January 1 and April 1 each year. Effective September 6, 2025, filing fees updated.

Registered agent service is $119/year after the included first year. It's optional — you can designate yourself, an employee, or a different commercial agent at any time by filing a change-of-agent form with the Georgia Secretary of State.

What the $299 is not

The $299 is a flat service fee. It is not:

• A legal fee. Form LLC is a document filing service, not a law firm. If you need legal advice on your operating agreement or liability exposure, talk to a Georgia attorney.
• A tax fee. We prepare your EIN application and deliver the IRS confirmation, but we do not prepare tax returns.
• A tiered price. There is no "basic" or "premium" — the same $299 gets every customer the same four things. No upsells at checkout.
